Marco joined Whitestar in 2005 and he is currently the company CEO.
Previously Marco was the Managing Director Commercial & Asset Management and a Board Member.
He also headed Whitestar Operations, including NPL Servicing and Real Estate. Was Whitestar CFO, Senior Auditor/Consultant at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, while simultaneously teaching in 2 universities.
Marco is a CPA, with a degree in Management and a master’s in accounting.

André David Nunes
Having more than 20 years of experience in the banking area, since 2018 he is the Chief Investment Officer of Whitestar, and in charge of developing the new business . With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, he spent most of his career between Lisbon, London, and Madrid.
His professional functions started at Banco Santander Negócios, having also worked for Deutsche Bank and Citigroup in their respective Fixed Income Departments. His last professional occupation was in investment banking as a Managing Director of UBS for the Portuguese market and in charge of all Capital Markets activity for the past 8 years. After returning to Portugal, and prior to joining Norfin, he founded Raven Capital, a financial boutique headquartered in Lisbon.
At Academic level, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University in Lisbon, Católica Lisbon Business & Economics.

Tomás Salvado joined Whitestar in January 2017 as CFO and has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector.
Previously he integrated institutions such Banco Totta e Açores, Banco Efisa, Interbanco – current Banco Santander Consumer Portugal, Sociedade Lusa de Negócios, Royal Bank Of Scotland, Grupo Patris (Real Vida Seguros, Fincor e Patris Gestão de Activos). Since 2016, Tomás Salvado has been a consultant at Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from ISCTE Business School.

With over 15 years of professional experience in multinational environments, Inês joined Whitestar in 2018 and is currently HR Director. Previous to that, Inês was HRBP for Portugal and Reward & Performance Director. In 2021, she heads as Human Resources Director of the Arrow Global Group companies in Portugal.
Previously she held HR positions in companies such as L’Oréal, Novartis, Nokia Siemens and Vodafone.
She has a degree in Business Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, having also attended a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Communication at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria.

Maria João joined Whitestar in 2006 and she is currently Transaction & Portfolio Management Director.
She started her career in Caixa Geral de Depósitos and subsequently in Citigroup as CRM. Also worked in Brazil in a financial startup company as Head of Operations and returned to Portugal do manage the Real Estate and NPL in Finsolutia.
Maria João holds a degree in Business and Administration from Portuguese Lusíada University and a specialization in Communication and Marketing and Management.

Lucie joined Whitestar in 2013 and is currently the Business Support & Improvement Director.
With 18 years of professional experience in finance, 13 of which in team management and leadership, she acted as Servicing Director, was also Head of Administrative Support and Head of Operations Support.
Prior to that, Lucie worked at GE Money, where she held roles in Customer Service, Contract Management and Collections.
She has a degree in Social Communication from Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, a post-graduation in Business Management, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and is finishing her Master’s in Business Management, also from ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.

She joined Whitestar in 2006 as NPL Credit Manager. She is currently Secured Loans Director.
With 18 years of professional experience in the financial sector, mostly in management and team leadership, throughout her career she has held several positions such as Head of Asset Management, Head of Asset Management and Legal Management and Head of Secured Loans Department.
Susana has a degree in Solicitation from ISCAD – Instituto Superior de Ciências da Administração do Grupo Lusófona and an Executive master’s in business management from ISCTE.

With 16 years of experience in portfolio management, NPL, Sub-PL and Performing, he joined Whitestar in 2006 to manage unsecured loans assets.
Over the course of his career, he has assumed various positions such as managing the Unsecured area and heading the Portfolio Management & Reporting area, having as main responsibilities the implementation of strategies in the portfolios under management and reporting to our clients and investors.
Previously, he was at HipoGes as responsible for managing a very broad spectrum of assets, such as residential and corporate mortgages, Consumer Loans, SME and Large Corporate loans. In addition, he led the local Analytics department as well as the Closing and Document Registration Department.
He is currently pursuing a degree in Management at Atlântica – Instituto Universitário.

With over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, specifically in property valuation and real estate asset management, he joined Whitestar in 2016 to assume the position of Director of the Real Estate Management area.
Previously, he was at the Department of Assets and Construction of Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) and at the CGD’s Valuations Nucleus; at Finangeste, as Director of the Real Estate Management area and taught several Specialization Courses in Valuation and Real Estate Investment Analysis (Instituto Superior Técnico, ISEL, ISEP), all certified by CMVM. He has also published various academic manuals about Property Valuation.
He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico and a Master’s in “Ingenieria de la Tasación y Valoración” from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in Spain.

With over 25 years of experience in the area, Fernando joined Whitestar in 2017 as Planning and Management Control Director. Currently helds the Planning & Treasury Director role. Before joining Whitestar, Fernando was Executive Director (as a CFO and Director of Management Control) in national and multinational companies, inside and outside Portugal.
A strategic Business Partner, with experience in team management, implementing the restructuring/transformation of several functional areas and organizational processes, which had a significant impact on the financial statements and business development.
In 2020 he joined the Norfin team, continuing the functions carried out at Whitestar Asset Solutions S.A., becoming the Director of Planning and Management Control of the Arrow Group Companies in Portugal.
He holds a Degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate in Management Control and Performance and an MBA in Business Administration, both taught by the INDEG-ISCTE.

With over 18 years of experience in corporate, tax and financial law, João leads the legal department of the Arrow Group in Portugal.
He started his professional career in the legal area at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), developed activity in international lawfirms and joined at Whitestar in 2013.
He holds a degree in Law from the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University, and a postgraduate degree in Company Law from IDET – Instituto do Direito das Empresas e do Trabalho, of the University of Coimbra. He is a lawyer registered at Ordem dos Advogados.

With 14 years of experience in Risk Management, Nuno joined Whitestar as Chief Risk Officer.
In the past years Nuno led important projects and implementations in multinational environments as Risk Manager in GE Money (Portugal), Portfolio Manager and Head of Credit Risk & Fraud in Wonga (UK & Spain) and more recently as a Business Solutions Designer in Equifax for the Banking and Insurance Industry.
Nuno holds a degree in Statistics & Information Management, a post-graduation in Risk Management (both from Universidade Nova de Lisboa) and an MBA from The Lisbon MBA (UNL/UCP).

He has more than 20 years of experience in national and multinational financial institutions, with presence in Portugal and other countries. In 2022 he assumes the position of IT Director at Whitestar.
Previously, he worked in different companies such as Daimler Chrysler, AXA, Açoreana, Tranquilidade and Una Seguros. Throughout his career, he assumed management functions in several areas related with information systems and managed several projects and programs of technological transformation in Portugal and in European and African countries.
He has a degree in Computer Science and a post-graduation in Marketing and CRM. Additionally, he holds certifications in project management and digital transformation programs.

Joined Arrow Group in September 2016 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector.
Acted in FX, Derivatives, Leveraged Loans, High Yield Bonds and Portfolio Management in institutions like Citibank Portugal, Banco Central Hispano, Banco Santander Consumer Portugal, Millennium BCP London Branch, Santander Consumer Multirent, where he was the CEO for 6 years. Also worked in São Paulo, Brazil, for 3 years, as Head of Operational Leasing and Fleet Management of Volkswagen Financial Services Brazil.
Holds a degree in Business and Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University, and also attended the International Business Summer School in 2000, in Basel, Switzerland.

Chief Executive Officer of Norfin
Francisco Sottomayor joined Arrow Global Group in May 2020 and is Norfin’s CEO and Head of Real Estate of in Portugal.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, Francisco was responsible for Asset Management at Parque EXPO, the company responsible for the design and implementation of the largest integrated urban regeneration project in Lisbon, now known as ‘Parque das Nações’. For 10 years, worked at CBRE Portugal, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for the Development business, having been involved in the largest Portuguese real estate businesses of the last decade. Until April 2020, Francisco acted as Real Estate Director at Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Journalism from the Instituto Português de Estudos Superiores, having attended the Advanced Management Program for Executives at Católica Lisbon Business & Economics and is certified in Project Management by the Project Management Institute.
